Hello,

We have since yesterday our first fully automatic coffee machine, a Quickmill 5000.

The steam nozzle seems to be defective. During the preparation of a coffee, part of the hot water comes out of the steam nozzle, even though it is in the basic position. The water is then missing in the coffee cup.

Can anyone help us? Maybe it's just an operating error on our part.

Thanks in advance!

Hy,
what's going on, at QuickMill everything seems to be fine otherwise you would find more articles. Now to the topic water from the steam nozzle. Not only that, that water is missing with the coffee, also the pressure at the piston goes a flute! because seal set for the steam valve one can order oneself with the www.kaffeegenßtechnik.de in Freiburg. Are very nice and helpful!!

Greetings to all QuickMill Users (Prof.5000) rolleyes.gif

Basic position - is where exactly ?

Should be folded into the middle (not right or right back - as with others)
