My Melitta Barista T showed a message that the drip tray had to be removed. It was not full. After replacing the drip tray the message remained that it had to be replaced. Further investigation showed that the brewing unit cannot be removed. It is stuck in an upper position and not in the neutral position
. I have looked via YouTube instructions what I can do but I cannot get the brewing unit loose. Does anyone have a solution to get the brewing unit back into the normal position? Does the drip tray error message have anything to do with the brewing unit being stuck?
