Cimbali M1 clear water with espresso cover

Actually I come from the screen carrier fraction (Cimbali M32 Dt.2), but now I got a cheap Cimbali M1 and am just about to get it in shape. Screwdriver knowledge is definitely available.

I have the following problem: With an espresso cover, clear water comes out of the milk unit along with the espresso (approx. 5-10ml). In the configuration menu there is an item "Water after" (I think it's for if you want to make an Americano), but it's set to flow rate 0. So it can't be that.

When I bought the machine, all the milk hoses were separated from the foam unit and tied off with cable ties! I don't know why. I have reconnected it and the foam preparation is working perfectly. Only just now the water comes additionally with the coffee supply.

Can someone help me? I can access the technician menu via the DIP switches.
