Espresseria Automatic EA 8050 defective?

somehow our krups are crazy. We've had it for almost half a year and everything was fine so far, but recently it hasn't been working as it used to.
I wanted to make myself a coffee once and the machine only spit out brownish water slightly, although it made the same mowing noises as before, and even so the coffee and expresso no longer taste as before. I have rinsed the machine often and if a cleaning is necessary at the moment, I don't know, because unfortunately the date was changed somehow and the machine now I don't know what's going on. )

Maybe you can help me. Why is the intensity of the coffee so low? We used the same beans, the same water. Maybe it's broken? Or clean again completely with capsule?

What do the Trestertabs look like in the past? Are they much thinner? But if you have the machine only half a year is still warranty on it? !
