Hi,

>is new here, have a problem with my coffee maker.

until now it ran flawlessly, but currently I am falling on that less and less coffee
is in the cup and some of the water or coffee from the inside of the housing is running directly into the water collector.

Has opened this time, but can't recognize anything.

Has anyone got an idea?

Renew the big sealing ring in the brewing unit... the one on the brewing head I mean... then it could be better...

Hello again,

replaced the seals, it's better now,
but still not as it used to be.

What could it be?

There could be some other reasons. If you still have a warranty on the device, I'd send it in.
