Nivona Café Romantica

Need help.
I have a Nivona Cafe Romantica and it always shows fill beans even though there are beans in the compartment.
Coffee is ground but then the machine stops.
What can I do?

What breaks off? The brewing process? Is there powder in the pomace container afterwards?
If too little powder is ground, the machine recognizes this and aborts the brewing process.

It can't be the brewing unit, we have the same machine again and it breaks off the same way with this one.

Probably too little or no powder is ground. The machine recognizes this when it moves to the brewing position.
