Siemens EQ500 no milk foam, only hot milk

,my Siemens EQ 500 no longer produces milk foam, but only liquid milk.
I have already cleaned everything thoroughly and also a completely new nozzle with hose I have tried - has unfortunately brought nothing. Only warm milk comes out.

Have read in another thread that the air valve (directly above the foamer?) Could be tight.
Where please is this valve located? I do not see it
Or does anyone have an idea what else could be the cause
?

[U][/U]Hello, the air valve is integrated into the frother, beverage spout to my knowledge.
Please put it in dishwashing liquid and a teaspoon of vinegar essence. Otherwise you have to take it completely out of the machine.
Do not pierce the valve with a pointed object, otherwise the opening will be too large. and then the frother only spits.
Between thumb / forefinger and knead.

Have already replaced the frother completely.
Will but the remaining parts times insert. Maybe something has clogged. Otherwise I give the machine times in repair.

Hello, you can, if the front is built like the EQ6 or EQ5 with a silicone hose or drinking straw blow through the air intake with the mouth.
Proceed as follows:
Set the KVA to prepare milk foam
.
The multivalve will rotate to the correct position for frothing milk. Unplug the machine, do not turn it off or anything like that.
Then try to get the connection for milk foaming free, not with compressed air.
It may or may not work.
Post here if it worked, if not please post the foamer as a picture here.

Unfortunately, I have no idea at all if it is built like the EQ5 or EQ6.
From the front (so externally) they look different

Have decided to give the machine in repair.
M.E. it draws too little air, for whatever reason.
That should look at someone who gst idea of it, before I break anything.

Thank you for your effort to fix it yourself.
I would be happy to read after the repair, where it was and what parts were replaced.
