Please Help with EQ6 plus s100

Won't stop grinding. Won't make coffee.

Loved my coffee machine for 4 years. One morning it won't function. Push the start button and the grinder runs non-stop. Have to unplug. Other forums said it was the main computer board. Bought a new board and had it shipped from Germany. Installed and it worked great for 2 days but now a similar problem. When we push start the grinder runs off and on but nothing else works.
Any ideas?
Purchased in Germany, running on 220v, 60 Hz.
