Problems Bosch TES 50159EN

,Our Bosch TES 50159DE has worked well until yesterday. It is now a few years old and now has a problem that I did not know before.
The brewing unit has stopped in the middle of the process and the indicator light for "water tank" is flashing. In addition, the sign for the "steam valve" is also lit. When the valve is opened, water (cold) runs out and if I do not close the valve, the water runs for a few seconds, then stops and all the indicator lights come on. The machine does not respond at all to the control buttons (such as reset, etc.).
Does anyone know this problem? And if so, does it make sense to repair the machine or should I better think about a new machine.

Switch off, hold down Off and steam while switching on the machine...is a factory reset...may help yes

have now tried several times, but the machine does nothing.
No movement of the brewing unit, so that the at least moves back to the home position. And also on the display no change. The same control lights come on immediately.
