ECAM 612.55.SB no WLAN connection

Hello everyone, I own since 2 days De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul ECAM 612.55.SB. I can not get a wireless connection. The connection to the app via bluetooth works without problems, then I enter the password for my home wifi and after an unsuccessful search appears the message "no machine found". On the user interface of the Fritzbox I see DeLonghi in the list of not connected devices. Can anyone help me?
