Bosch TCA 6701 Insert filter

We don't get the filter in the tank.

huh.gif Now 1M and 1W have tried the filter. During removal: pulled out vertically upwards, including the surrounding threaded ring (transparent) with a slight grating noise. Nothing broken off!

Insert with screw-in aid: THE side of the threaded ring downwards which has the 4 supports. After briefly turning to the right (UZS) it "sniffs" and the mechanism goes crazy, cannot be fixed.
Frustration without end, because thirst and smell and ... no coffee can be brewed.
