No venting possible AEG Cafamosa CF85

Hello,

I have a problem with my Cafamosa CF85. I can't vent it anymore. The water comes out of the riser pipe and splashes onto the marc scraper and then into the collection container. I have already measured the changeover valve (the valve which is operated with the rotary switch for steam supply). No steam => no passage, steam supply 0 Ohm.
I have already disassembled the valve myself. In both switching positions, water comes only from one opening (which goes to the brewing group). Is that normal? I hope someone can help me...

It's done. Solution:
Valve disassembled. With a syringe water pressed through and the 2nd water connection was free again
