Decalcifying program stops

Hello!

After starting the program the switch of the swivel nozzle has to be turned counterclockwise,
you can hear the marc or brewing drive, but no pump starts to flush the swivel nozzle. The 4 green lights blink, and then nothing more.

Pleasant they light up even after the normal switch on with the On off switch, and a rinse or steam supply does not work..

The CF80 is a Jura machine (actually an Eugster Frimag).

Explain to us the exact process you are doing.

Start the program, empty the bowl and put it back in again, use the water with descaler in the tank again, open the steam nozzle. Now the program should start. First comes out about 200ml, then she takes a break and then smaller amounts of descaler come again and again through the nozzle. After a while close the nozzle, then continue via the drainage valve into the drawer until the tank is empty.

Rinse tank, fill with clear water, replace, open knob, same play as above. until everything is OK again.

How decalcification normally works, I know, I have already done at least 10 times successfully, but my problem is as already described, that the swivel nozzle is not operated with acid,
After opening the rotary valve the pump does not start. the operating instructions won't help me either.

A reset button would be handy.

Because as already described the machine is stuck in the descaling program.

Yes it's like this after switching off and cooling down (although it is cold decalcified), ,

A:with the 3 sec rinse button: the lime program starts you hear the mechanics of the powder container

or the brewing unit? 2!!!!!!! Actions like after grinding the beans

but just 2 times ( pushes? strokes? OPEN and CLOSE)

the 4 green flashes, I press the rotary selector counterclockwise and rienne va plus.

B: With the ON/OFF button: all 4 greens light up immediately and nothing works anymore.


So I'll screw on and knock on Mr. Flowmeter's door, and clean through everything.
Certainly doesn't hurt.

mistake found

, cherry switch of the steam reference rotary lever, a cam pushes a small switch, but when the rotary lever was exactly at 9 o'clock there was no contact, when i turned the switch back slowly by accident, about 4mm, suddenly the four green and only the red decalcification lamp went out and after a few seconds the pump started and the acid came out of the swivel nozzle.

Dumm only that I had to hold the lever in this position all the time because it jumped back on its own.

Either there is material wear on the cam or the switch has a fault, in any case it was a coincidence when checking out the mechanics.

It could have been anything but the lever was the first link in the chain of factors for a malfunction since there was electricity and the lever triggered a mechanism.

The view of the flora and fauna in the device was quite interesting.
