Grinder blocked. Do what?

Hello,
have owned a Gaggia Titanium for over a year and are very satisfied so far.
Now there's a problem: The grinder ran up briefly then the display bean container came empty and now it tells us only grinder blocked. Has anyone ever had the problem and a solution ready. Think maybe there's just a little stone stuck in the grinder.

Right, there's gonna be a little stone between the beans. Either try to remove it yourself, or contact the Gaggia customer service.

Greetings
Gregor

So everything nicely cleaned but unfortunately still nothing goes, now he writes us first bean container empty although beans are in it, think there is a time element in it What that indicates. Could it be that there's a fuse in there for the motor from the grinder and where to find it?

The grinder rotates without difficulty? Did you only clean it from the outside with a vacuum cleaner and a cloth, or did you dismantle it properly?
As the grinder used to block, it must have something in it that doesn't belong there. I'm still guessing a stone that damaged the millstones. Consequence: The grinding mechanism grinds under, the machine signals this with "beans empty", because too little powder arrives in the brewing group.

time links and fuses do not exist.

The grinder turns when you turn it by hand neatly and freely. I said it a little badly last time. The grinding mechanism does not start electrically at all. The message comes after a while when you have chosen your coffee. Therefore the question about a fuse.
We will have to send in the device. Can you tell us where there is a customer service in Saxony or the surrounding area?

Your Gaggai Titanium is actually a Saeco Incanto Digital.
Try the following:

To enter the test program, hold down the Long and Hot Water buttons and turn on the machine.

When you press the Large Cup button, the grinder must run!
When the grinder is running, a number appears in the lower right corner that refers to the speed of the grinder. This value must be between 6-12.
If the grinder is not running, you would have to measure if there is voltage on the grinder motor. if yes, the grinder is down, if no, the control board is down!
