Krups 7180 coffee under the machine

Hello,

had got a Krups XP 7180 for free, and now I had to find out, that coffee collects on the left side under the machine while brewing. In addition, the collecting container is full at the front, which can be pulled out after 1-2 passes. The coffee is also relatively thin, but this may be due to the beans.

Had already opened and cleaned the machine, but I was a little afraid to open it and put it into operation. Is this unproblematic?

And maybe someone has a hint for me where the coffee could come from, and best how to fix it?

As I don't have a bill from the machine (and it probably won't work during the warranty period anyway) it won't work with the Krups service...
