Either you order beans from the private roaster (e.g. Fausto) or try Dallmayer Crema D`Oro INTENSA, which is really tasty and strong for a "supermarket coffee".

Good evening,
have had the same problem. Now the machine is complained.
The broth has not changed although I have changed the grind adjustment. Is the mushroom-shaped cover above the grinder fixed?
The DeLonghiservice couldn't help me either.

Thin is always relative. With me it was actually only water with a slight brownish tinge.

Even another coffee did not change the situation.

Hello,

I have 1x Delonghi Esam 3500S and 1x Ecam 23.450S
The 3500s makes really strong coffee with super taste and lots of foam and the Ecam 23.450 makes the coffee weaker with less foam.

Both machines I overhauled, new gaskets, new thermoblock, new brewing piston and solenoid valve.

I've had the Esam 6700 was also better than the Ecam 23.450S
I've tried different coffees, best was the Tchibo Fullmouth and Espresso Milanese style.

I'm of the opinion that the Esam series was much better than the Ecam series.
