Hello Forum,

I have here a somewhat older Saeco lady with the name "Cafe Prima" of an acquaintance.

The lady has however somehow no more desire to transport the coffee into the cup.

So sieht´s currently off.

- Switch machine on.
- Select coffee brewer.
- Grinder running.
- Crack 2 times.
- Brewing group moves.
- Water pump starts pumping. (Sounds very quiet and somewhat tortured)

Red LED starts to glow and the ground coffee grounds dryly ends up in the marc.

The problem occurred "from now on the same" on the weekend.

I read something about a self-diagnosis on the net.
I tried to do this but unfortunately without a result.

I wanted to do the diagnosis like this.

>According to instructions in the net:

1 Switch off machine
2 Keep the buttons steam and coffee together pressed
3 Switch on machine again
4 Release buttons

Then nothing happens, I can also no longer brew coffee but must switch off again.

Someone an idea where the problem lies there ?

In principle, you've already done it right, only it's not an automatic test, but you can start all functions individually with the water quantity button and steam and coffee button, it's clear who you are in test mode, and then press nothing more, nothing moves.

There is a constipation, decalcify it if still possible violently

the prima has a cleaning and decalcification program that squats in front of the machine
that means you smile.gif
tu your decalcifier in the water tank and draw a cup of hot water then leave 5 min and again a cup, etc, the most repeated until a sharp jet comes out, do not forget to make a few cups of coffee, so that the support valve also gets what
