Hello.

As already written, what's the difference between beans called "espresso" and beans called "crema" somehow?

At Aldi e.g. gibt´s both varieties are now also in the assortment. I had the espresso a long time ago and it didn't convince me. But I didn't have it in my machine yet, so it can taste completely different again.

Can you tell me something about the two varieties? Or also in general about Espresso/Crema varieties

Recently had the Tchibo Crema (since gibt´s is also one which is titled with Espresso) which was "okay" but also not outstanding. I haven't tasted the espresso yet. Does anyone know him?

Thanks

I've only tried Aldi's espresso beans so far. Actually I didn't find it bad at all, after I had adjusted my machine correctly. The grind had to be adjusted relatively coarse, then there was a good aroma and a very good crema.

You might find in the following article what the difference between espresso and coffee crema is: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaffee
