Cleaning tablet not detected

we have a Jura Z7. Everything's worked out so far. But today was the first problem. During the cleaning you have to insert the cleaning tablet, then the cleaning continues.

Today the machine did not recognize the tablet and the cleaning did not continue.

What could be the problem and how could it be solved?

Since the machine cannot recognize the tablet itself, but the coffee powder feed flap is opened, the switch on the flap will probably be jammed.

This was exactly my problem. The flap of the deck for the coffee powder or the cleaning tablet has a small pin. This goes into a small hole. In it is a contact, which stuck. Go in carefully with a small pointed pin. Then he jumps out again in the right position.

Hello to the community!

I hope someone can help me. Have same problem here with Jura Z8 however I cannot find a microswitch or "hole" for said switch. Can someone post a corresponding picture?
