Hello, who can help?
After 14 days vacation we were looking forward to a delicious coffee of our Jura Impressa C9. The machine gave us just 4 cups of coffee, then a tap seemed to be blocked.
So I did a cleaning and afterwards a decalcification, although both was not necessary yet.
In the middle of the decalcification it stopped and the message "Press care" came up.
I pressed it and the message "Fill system"
I didn't feel sorry anymore.
After feeling 100 times "Press care" and "Fill system" I'm at the end of my Latin.
Though water comes out of the cappuccino nozzle, but the system apparently doesn't want to fill itself with water.
White someone advice?
