This thread is pretty much the most ridiculous thing I've seen in this forum so far. Hopefully nobody (who does not know the matter so well) will be irritated by this nonsense...

we have had this machine for 4 months and i can't and don't want to leave these stupid arguments (china garbage) in the house like this.
following :we now have 642 cup covers covered with the cafe Celica.
she has a super simple manual operation through the touchscreen display .
you can adjust the degree in 5°C steps from70-90 °.you can adjust the coffee strength individually in the display. The grinder can be adjusted in several steps. we left it in factory position 2 because it works great.
It makes a super tasty and hot coffee as well as the milk frother work very well.
in addition, the brewing group is very easy to remove and also reinstall and very easy to clean.
height adjustable coffee spout is also available.
1.6L water tank and 200 g bean container.19bar pump pressure and 1350 Watt power consumption.
and what the hammer is the extremely warm preheated coffee cups (which our former 1000 Euro expensive Siemens had not nearly).
So I don't want to talk beautifully here or encourage to buy only so much be said:
in this price/performance ratio there will be nothing comparable ( 250 Euro). The vending machine is indeed manufactured by Merol in China but it doesn't make a hint of a loss of quality visible! The only thing I noticed is that this device works a bit louder but it's not disturbing in any way.
>Also a German flow meter is installed as well as an Italian pumping station. Furthermore, the machine is TÜV/GS tested (because of its absolute nonsense)!!!!
What is very pleasant is that the machine shows everything what is missing or has to be done and this is shown in the display and confirmed at the same time with an acoustic signal.

So I say only one thing for myself;I would buy this again and prefer our ex Siemens absolutely.convince yourselves or leave it and spend several hundred euro more and still have a in the far east partly manufactured device at home stand what works less well

Hello, now I give my feedback, but without registering.since I call up this page too seldom it makes no sense for me.Sorry numberonedefender!!
Also to Cafe Celica, or Cafe Bonitas, or even Aroma Delizia and as they are all called.
I have them now c.a. 2 weeks and am positively surprised.I have to say that this is my first fully automatic coffee machine, they were simply always too expensive for me.I think the quality of the machine itself is very good, of course you can't compare it with a 1000euro machine (e.g. Jura or similar), but that doesn't want anybody to. It's very easy to use and very pleasant due to the touch screen. But what should I say, the right beans and the right attitude do it. If I of course with the normal coffee (German coffee I say to it) an Esspresso make how many make it, it does not taste of course. I make it but then with Esspresso powder. the milk foam option I find also succeeded. the hose in the milk bag and the finished milk foam comes out. for the home use absolutely i.o.
The rest is very well described by Luna72.so far we are very satisfied, if she will last another 2 - 3 years, then she has already paid off.
Note to Chinamüll:I work in a car parts supplier company and also we have a subsidiary company in china.so don't think that everything "Made in Germany" is what is built into German cars. laugh.gif laugh.gif>
To all who love their money, have fun with Cafe Celica.

Thank you for finally reading some articles in this thread wink.gif I think the machine is acceptable in a realistic price segment of 200-250€, the exaggerated advertising with ridiculous pseudo-UVPs as well as completely out of air comparisons with machines, which this device definitely can't hold a candle to (!!!), disturbs me. Someday I will have the pleasure to have a look at a Celica from the inside, I am very curious, which components expect me there... The ramschigen Clatronic/Bomann/Ariete and however always labelled cheap KVAs were bought in the beginning also heaps (yes, I had also once a biggrin.gif ) and in the end are not worth the plastic from which they were bobbed together wink.gif But you don't know that until you had a good KVA for comparison...

You can see the machine on youtube under the term "ME-710". She's looking good. The demonstration also works perfectly.

But I didn't find anything about the quality of the device and can't say anything about it. Sooner or later, however, every MWIP causes problems. Is there then a service for Merol in Germany? unsure.gif

I've bought the machine now.
so far, so good. All tops.
And she also has a cup warmer......
Great if you have a visitor and can offer really professional coffee.
But I would also like to switch off the cup warmer, so energy-saving...
If I draw a cup alone at home, there is no need for a cup warmer. Well, does the coffee cost 5€ more per year, but it's stupid.
Or do I overlook something?

Hello
The service is a good question.I think if the machine is still mukke during the warranty period, I will contact the seller.
Cup warmer: He warms only as long as the machine is switched on.
In economy mode the machine also switches off.

Hello first of all to all!
I have the Cafe Celica now about 3 months and have brewed according to the display about 350 coffee with it. Due to the individual adjustment possibilities with regard to brewing temperature, water quantity (up to max. 230ml in steps of ten) and coffee quantity (4 steps), it is possible to boil HIS coffee for every coffee drinker. Water containers and coffee bean containers are sufficiently large. If, for example, the water in the tank runs out during the brewing process, the brewing process is stopped and an acoustic signal sounds. Very convenient! After refilling, the brewing process continues.
The display is simply structured and clearly arranged by symbols:
1. coffee preparation (1 cup or 2)
2. hot water preparation with selection of how much ml
3. steam function or milk foamer with selection of how many seconds duration
4. menu (basic settings, decalcifying, possibly timer, etc)
buttons or switches can be found on the device in vain - everything runs via the touch display

The milk foamer works surprisingly well. The tube is simply hung into a milk carton. After pressing the button, the sucked-in milk is foamed and filled into the cup via the tap. The quantity can be set here in seconds per duration.
The water used by the device for cleaning is filled into the drip tray. An optical indicator ('float) shows when the bowl is full. Easy handling / emptying.
At the right side is a revision flap, behind which the brewing unit and the collecting container for the used coffee grounds are located. Both are easy to remove and clean. The display also shows when the container is full. Whether the brewing unit is of high quality or just cheap stuff, I can't say, because I have no comparison. In any case, it makes a decent, stable impression.
The top of the machine has a large dimensioned and well heating warming plate.
From the outside, the machine has an appealing, decorative design.

All in all, the machine has a good price-performance ratio for almost 300, - Euronen and can compete with some highly paid coffee machines. I can't report anything negative about the device, because I haven't had a failure yet. Only one word translation error in the descaler menu ("fill the descaler into the [U]refrigerator") I noticed. biggrin.gif
However, it does not affect the function.
Only the remote control is missing....................................................................................................................................................... laugh.gif

Hmm, I started the post on this machine here. As already mentioned, I'm surprised that the guys who write here don't rain in the forum !?

Is it always one and the same person who writes the positive things here ?????

Selve I've been here with a biligen Delonghi. Now I'm drinking from a law school and I never want to miss you again.

Well, I only write for myself.
Had a Solis Palazzo so far, which still costs 700€.
The Celica beats the Solis in terms of volume, ease of use and milk frother.

And if it lasts at least 2 years now, it's deserved its Gled wink.gif

The only thing that bothers me is that you can't turn off the cup warmer.

no certainly not the same person !
The reason is why I wrote that I want to put the machine in a better light once in a while.
Don't write here else because there is more important stuff in the world than posting any stuff all the time.

Hello together,

I have bought this machine and I am so far satisfied, at least except for a small hook:

When pouring the coffee, the machine is very loud and seems, from the audible sound, to vibrate quite strongly internally. But the device is definitely standing on solid ground and does not vibrate itself.

I wonder if this is just not the case with the machine or if I have caught a device that is not quite right and I should complain about it.

Those who also have this machine will certainly be able to answer this question.
