We are considering buying a coffee machine for our company. As far as I know, Jura also makes fully automatic coffee machines for companies, doesn't it? Is it possible to set different payment methods? I only know the big Klix vending machines and there you have the possibility to sell the drinks for free or at a profit. I am happy about every tip and every opinion.

The basic question is:

Should the machine be able to charge money or should the coffee be free ?

That's for the management to decide. My task is to obtain all the options in advance so that we can then go to management. In order to obtain a permit for a fully automatic machine in any case, alternative solutions are interesting if our boss does not want to offer anything free of charge. As I said I know until now only from Klix that there are the following 3 possibilities:
- to offer the drinks for free
- to sell without profit at a low price (so to get out to 0)
- to sell with profit
- to sell with profit

OK, THEN. And how many references will go through there daily then.

So we talk about a company where maybe 15 people drink 50 coffees a day or do we talk about 100 people with maybe 500 coffees a day ?

So I estimate it will go through between 200 to at most 300 cups per day.
In the enterprise are approx. 120 coworkers.

How large is then the capacity of such a automat without refilling to have, if it is approximately 10 hours on the day in enterprise?

OK, THEN. I'll quit first.
I don't have any experience in this area.

We currently have a Saeco Royal at work (but only 15 users).
But in your order of magnitude, I don't think I'll be able to do anything with it.
