Hello together,
A few days ago I bought a used Talea Giro. A first test cup of coffee also came out well, then I disassembled the BG & cleaned and replaced a few valves (in the BG and on the support valve). Since then the machine doesn't work anymore.
When I turn it on, the red "!" flashes - the tutorial clears the flashing unhelpfully into "fast" and "slow"... But I can't judge what Saeco means by fast/slow - it flashes about 20 times (counted) in 15 seconds - is this now fast or slow?!?
>I started the machine in test mode according to instructions from another forum (http://www.saeco-support-forum.de/at...-testmodus.pdf) and actually it runs through all the points without problems: function valve works, grinder works, gearbox works, BG can be moved, the pump works, flowmeter is OK. Only at the boiler test I don't hear any noise or the like. - the water (in the pump test) comes very hot and without problems. So I already think that the boiler should work.
In test mode the grinder grinds without any problems, if I then also bring the BG into brewing position via test mode, the ground coffee also lands nicely in the marc container.
- Possible starting points:
- The machine cannot always be vented when starting - sometimes water comes for a short time, then steam for a short time, then nothing at all.
- during the grinding mechanism test in test mode, the descaler LED does not flash as it should according to the instructions.
- I am not sure whether the boiler is working properly in test mode (see above). But eigtl already looks like this.
I would be very grateful for tips and hints, I've been sitting there for hours and just can't get any further...
Thanks and greetings! Kai
