Hello all,

my delonghi caffe corso only brews approx. every 4.caffe correctly, with the other three it lets the water out through the milk frother. the freshly ground coffee is put into the waste container as usual.
have already taken them apart and cleaned them and can't find a mistake. who has an idea or advice for me?

Hello Stefan,

thank you very much for the tip - but unfortunately it didn't work.
will now take the machine apart again and put the parts into the decalcifier.maybe it will help.

Can of course also be the frother itself. But first, take the upper brewing flask apart. There is a black hose on the top side, which likes to sit down with coffee modder.

Hello Stefan,

the black hose is not closed, because a lot of water is draining into the bottom compartment - the overflow is when the other roads are blocked.
as far as i understand the machine now, the brewing unit is not pushed up to the top and then the water runs out of the foamer or even into the overflow, which ends in the bottom tub.
dismantled everything again and put it in the decalcifier - let's see what it will do tomorrow.

Did the problem already exist before the first disassembly? Is the "drip stop" mounted the right way round or is it whitewashed?

this machine can almost disassemble in my sleep
but it doesn't know what to do now.

always after i have disassembled and cleaned it it runs great for a few cups - but it doesn't rinse the brewing group anymore - the water always comes out of the frother and also out of the overflow.

should it have become too old with its 4 years?
