Aroma Deelizia is m.E. scrap.

Hands off the machine and above all from such dubious sellers. We have had the same experience as described above. Machine defective, salesperson does not answer, restricted letters are returned undeliverable.

Me again, the evil one who threatens to strike. ph34r.gif These forums are meant to help you reduce your frustration, aren't they? Back to the point: Now that I've threatened to report it and other things, I've finally got another machine. It may not be the one I sent for repair, but it doesn't matter. I'm glad I didn't have to go to my lawyer, because these mills may grind fairly, but mostly very slowly. One thing I learned anyway - one should look exactly where and from whom one buys what. That Mr. Dechtajr is already selling on Ebay KVA again is definitely worse than my threats. Such people should be banned forever. And for all those who find my preliminary reports (or those of other users/guests) at the lowest drawer/RTL2 level: I was raised with slaps in the face and spanking in the back, and still remained a socially just person. And I could puke if everyone just wanted to throw cotton balls. So I'm off and won't say any more here - now you have something to discuss, while Mr. Dechtjar continues to rip off customers to be able to drive a big car or finance his villa. Good luck to those who continue to (probably unsuccessfully) try to assert their rights as buyers with Mr. Dechtjar with "please,please". MANOLO

Hello people

I'm also fucked.
The thing came in March and was already leaking.
The repair took forever and 5 weeks
before only beans were ground.
Water did not come, but the calibration program
with message 0 mL.
A change is not possible, not even a reset
at the factory.
Powder has been processed strangely until now.
Now this is not possible either. Was really shitty this morning.
powder in. 0mL message.
Then pressed button again and it came hot
water with the leftovers from the powder out.
At the 3rd time I had enough.
device is packed shredded, Dechtar has set deadline until
morrow.
Monday is done report of fraud.

I have mailed to dechtjar@gmail.com and about two
but came no reply.

The seller no longer reacts to emails at all.
Maybe the injured parties can join forces here to get their rights. If Mr. Dechtjar should have become victim of a fraudster, then this should be able to be cleared up also juridically.

Hello everybody, also I bought the Aroma Delizia on 08.10.12 from the seller. After 3 weeks the machine was defective and since then I try to reach the seller by phone or email. Despite several attempts in vain. I paid 335,87 Euro for this machine !
white really no more what I should do. Can someone please help me? Thank you, Thomas.

Hello,
we have exactly the same problem with the machine.
The dealer was Dechtjar, also called zero answer and no reaction.
We have unfortunately sent in the machine and have been waiting for our repaired product for four weeks now..................................................................................................................................... br
We should send the machine to Adamczik or so to Hamburg
I will now report both to the police......
There is no such thing...this cattle...
I have saved weeks on such a machine.....am disappointed

The machine is not broken but only calcified!!!
The decalcifying program of the machine runs only through the hot water/milk frothing nozzle, but not through the coffee dispensing nozzle!

So you have to do the following:

A good decalcifier (I did it with PROWIN lime remover) in the water tank and then brew the coffee with the spoon button (but please don't use coffee but only use the brewing function).
After the first start it already worked. The machine had some problems at the first attempt, but the lime remover did eat his way through. Use this brewing function several times until the water tank is empty and ready.
The problem is unfortunately in the manual and the decalcification program itself!
Having the tip from an ebay dealer who sells the same machine only under a different model name.
Hope this helps you further, I would be very happy about a reply obs worked out very well.

biggrin.gif hello, have the same problem with the coffee machine and the seller as you do. Only good that it gives you here and the tip with the decalcifying over powder coffee was grandios!!!!! Of course I had already accomplished the normal decalcifying process and was annoyed me that the water did not run through the coffee nozzle. Now I'm glad as hell she's walking again. liquid descaler diluted with water in the tank ??? And how much
water???
