Bonita fully automatic machine

Hello, I would also like to give my mustard to the topic fully automatic Bonita. I have had the Bonita for about 6 months and was surprised from the beginning about the simple operation and the excellent coffee, as well as the unsurpassable crema. A latte is so easy to make and looks with its 3 layers like in coffee and I almost succeeded at once. The milk frother makes a milk froth as firm as I had it with no other machine and I had already had 2 others. Disadvantage is that my machine unfortunately also does not show the decalcification, but I have seen in my German manual that the Bonita should be decalcified after 150 cups, or after 3 months. Switching off would also be advantageous, but like the others I connected an intermediate switch and solved the problem. All in all I am satisfied and the price of the Bonita 345.- Euro is also reasonable. Can only recommend the machine. By the way, customer service is also very easy to reach and very friendly. I had to send in my machine at the beginning because the display did not work exactly, so I got a return sticker by mail and my machine was faultless after 1 week back to today.

I think it's nice to have the confidence to say some positive things about the machine I'm still super satisfied with it I haven't had it yet but still my machine is running and I hope I will have it for many years to come.

As I had mentioned before I have the coffee machine of Aroma Delizia the same model as Bonita my machine was after 8 mon defective the touch field was no longer operable, the seller has sent me a return note the device I have sent on 12.09.Retoure, but the seller wrote me a mail it takes about 10-14 days, have the device until today still not .I have contacted the seller a few times no reaction, on 15.10.I had called him by chance the mobile phone number nor he promised me until today to report also that did not happen although I threatened him with an ad have sent him today once again a mail.if he does not report until Saturday I make a report on Monday for fraud
