Ohoh... that can be anything from the boiler to various thermo sensor fuses control electronics, I guess on the electrolytic capacitors.
measure everything for the first time so measure boiler if it has about 50 ohm, measure the resistor, should have about 125 ohm(meter on 200 places), thermo sensor kty10 should have at 20° so about 1.9 kiloohm(meter on 20 k places)
