no water comes

Hello have a problem with my Jura Impressa E75.
Coffee is ground, but there is no water. on display is tap closed - tap open.

can someone help me?

Wipe off brewing sieve, decalcify thoroughly, if both do not help: Replace outlet valve.

This can also be due to calcification. So first try to decalcify. If this does not help, unscrew the device and follow the water course.
