Hello,

is new here and hot Jens.

I own two machines. A Jura Impressa S9 Avantgarde, unfortunately defective and an Impressa XF70 that makes a bit stupid.

I have already looked here in the forum and other forums but didn't get a satisfying answer.

>Following problem:

It's about the XF70.

For some time now the display of my machine says "fill beans" although the container is full to the brim. As described in the forum, I have already removed and completely cleaned the grinder but no remedy.
When I start a coffee purchase, the grinder does not even turn although she has always done that. Motor was also tested. It's running.
Cables are all on it. Right, too. The message still doesn't go away.

On my S9 Avantgarde there is a sensor at the top of the container for the bean filling level. With my F70 I find nothing like that...

How does the machine know that the beans are all gone???

Despair soon. I'm about to bring the machine for repair, but I'm just self-driver and would like to solve the problem myself.

Therefore my request to you. If someone knows the problem or the solution I would be very grateful.

Greeting Jens

Hello,

if the grinder does not start then there is probably no power or it is defective.

How did you test the grinder...?

The F70 detects how much coffee powder falls into the cylinder.
If it is too little (because it is empty or if the grinder is not turning, clogged or blocked) the message appears.
