Hello folks,

since a short time proud owner of a Krupps EA9000 machine and would like to call up the service menu there ghz.

Has anyone got an idea how to get in there? With my old Saeco it was a certain push combination on the touchscreen during the switch-on routine.

Is this also so here or with Krupps generally different?

Thanks for your suggestions and kind regards,
Mogli1476

I'm also looking for the service menu! Unfortunately there is no information on this yet!

Can you describe how it works at Saeco? Maybe you can deduce something from that!

Moin moin!

Also at Saeco there is once a diagnosis menu and a test menu. The test menu can be reached with the following steps:

1. Switch on the machine
2. In the first 3 seconds press the following areas on the touch screen ...

down right
up left
up right
down left

The diagnostic menu can be reached with the following steps:

1. Switch on the machine
2. In the first 3 seconds press the following areas on the touch screen ...

Up left
Up right
Down left
Down right

Had I already tried it and everything works fine ...

Thanks for the info!

If I look at it that way, it will be rather impossible to get into the service menu by testing it on a touch screen ..... are really infinitely many variants possible! That's really stupid ....

No problem!

Well, somehow there must be something there ... Had seen this in some Russian forum, which I had translated with Google.

However, there was only private messages communicated and so no information came outside :-(

Wan't register me there because of this thing ;-)

But, time comes, advice because someday someone must have a solution to this problem. And there will definitely be a service menu :-)

love greetings,
