Caffeo CI System error 12

Hello together,

my Melitta Caffeo CI has had this system error 12.

It only occurs when starting up, the machine starts after switching on with the - don't know me - louder ??heating up?? and gets stuck here.

So the part yodels, the progress bar doesn't do anything anymore and sometime the display turns red, system error 12 is shown and it switches off. This continuous yodeling is permanently present until it is switched off.

Sometimes it already works at the second switch-on, but sometimes it needs 5 or more attempts. It's noticeable that it doesn't flush after it's correctly up.

If someone knows a page where you can upload videos without registering I'd be happy to upload a video of the process!

The yodeling can be actually only the ceramic valve (electrical multifunction valve).

Obviously the error lies there, possibly in the gear or the drive motor itself.
The part alone costs just 100€, so it is worthwhile to remove and disassemble the part yourself.

However, you should be handy, this is no small thing.
