Krups EA 8025 Problem with water tank

Hi altogether.

My Krups EA 8025 has been having problem with water tank for a couple of days.

When I turn on the Krups EA 8025, the display will show " INSERT WATER TANK and FILL UP WATER TANK " .

I changed a new filter and tried to remove and replace the water tank, but still can't remove the error.

Can anyone help me? how can I fix the problem. Thank you in advance.

Does the float in the water tank still work...or is it perhaps broken or stuck so that it does not float upwards...?

I tried to pull the magnetic float up with a small wire and the error message is gone. Krups EA 8025 works again. Thanks again for the type.

I have a question. Can I put a stainless steel plate under the float so that the float stays up or should I buy a new water tank?

If the swimmer still floats, I'd just spray a little bit of cleaner into the chamber of the magnet.

Of course rinse everything out then

If the magnet is free again and no longer floats, you simply clamp a piece of polystyrene or cork under the magnetic float.

had the same problem just did a decalcification in the tank then rinse well and the error was gone

must correct me had boiled out once worked and then again I did not put a power magnet in the tank which the swimmer can no longer go down since the rest you have to make sure that the tank always has water but I can live with that
