In any case change the seals on the brewing piston. At the same time unscrew and clean the brewing sieve. A defect in the moulded gasket between the thermoblock and the white cover is rather rare. But also check these (visual inspection).
If this should not lead to success, then you would have to take a closer look at the lower brewing stamp and the drainage valve.
But one by one, the first mentioned measures are usually sufficient.

You have to shrink the pictures before, or set a lower resolution on your camera.

I don't have the water coming out of the bottom yet, but it runs down brown at the marc container so far.
