Hello together,

ich have been working for quite some time on my beloved S95 around.... It all started with the endless flashing "Please wait"" -> Thermoblock remained cold... so get on to the problem child....

- Performance print swapped...... no effect
- thermal fuse replaced on thermoblock -> thermoblock gets very hot and thermal fuse triggers again
- If I unplug the thermosensor now comes logical "fault 2"

How can I check the thermosensor now (resistance measurement?) ?
or rather it is possible that this can have a damage without the "fault 2" coming?

I am looking forward to hearing from you and wish nochn beautiful rest of the week end

A dear greeting
Martin

P.S. What values have the two thermal fuses.... at reichelt.de one costs about 50cent..... that's a bit cheaper in the long run ;-)

Good evening,

I would install a new thermosensor for each of the two heating blocks. But not one from reichelt, but from "juraprofi.de", or "komtra.de" someone who really belongs in there, so not any arbitrary one.
It could also be that the thermoblock is quite calcified, and then the temperature no longer transfers well to the thermosensor. The thermoblock can be dismantled, cleaned inside and fitted with new seals.
If the temperature fuses of new thermal sensors still melt, then the thermoblock would have to be revised.

Greeting HWS

Hello cervical spine,

many thanks for your quick reply. In the meantime I bought two new thermosensors and the cable with the two temperature fuses (all original parts) and installed them.

Now I have to find out that after switching on the thermoblock it would still heat up until the temp fuse is tripped (always switch off before). But unfortunately the steam heater remains without electricity, and therefore cold....

Now I am honestly with my Latin also something at the end.

Does anyone know whether thermoblock and damper generator get current at the same time after switching on the machine and switch off when reaching your working temperature?

Resistance of the steam generator has measured 44 Ohm. I can also exchange the performance prints and still get the same error image....

Now a good bike is expensive... Who knows it????

To soon
Martin

The settings in the menu are important for the steam generator. In Eco mode, the steam generator does not heat until you switch it on with the steam buttons. It then switches off again automatically...

Thanks to the thermoblock only the lime addressed by HWS or the control logic remains. But I suppose that you measured the temperature yourself to decide that it gets too hot, outside at the thermoblock. If the temperature becomes too high, the thermosensor will notice that too. So lime shouldn't be the problem. I'm guessing it's more of a logic flaw.
