Moulinex Cafe 3

Hello everybody.

Have a Moulinex Cafe 3, decalcified the machine because there was hardly any water coming out, when decalcifying water came out without end( as it should run. After decalcifying
I took off the water container to clean it, normal water again wanted to let it run through and since then nothing comes any more also with the steam nozzle nothing more comes. Then I opened the machine and cleaned the schleuche again extra but it simply does not fill any more water of the engine and grinder are both to be heard. Maybe somebody here knows what might be going on.

Is the pump rattling loudly or is it barely audible?

Then the pump draws air and cannot build up any pressure...

can I do something about it myself or should one rather leave the fingers of it?

The machine is very clearly structured and easy to repair. Where exactly the error lies, cannot be said from a distance on the basis of the information so far...

Hello, we have the same problem right now, the pump doesn't seem to work anymore with us,
only hums and doesn't draw any water after descaling with citric acid based decalcifiers.

The problem with decalcification with ZS is that lime bricks are dissolved but not dissolved and then wander around in the fluid system, clogging valves or other "bottlenecks". Therefore it is always better to decalcify with a decalcifier based on amidosulfonic acid, which will properly remove the...
