Hello dear coffee friends,
Had once read in this forum that with some VA with which the brewing group can not be taken out now and then (also after several cleaning runs) dirt and mold in the brewing group clings, someone can tell me or help more precisely said, which brands there are which you can take out the brewing group and clean them by hand or (I heard that once - but don't know if you can really do it in the dishwasher), would be very grateful to you because I unfortunately do not yet have a VA but have long been looking for a suitable.

One fundamental thing: If you handle a coffee machine correctly, i.e. do not leave the marc container full and in the machine for days on end, mould will not settle anywhere... This only happens with people who do not maintain the machine properly..;

I just read here that it would be better if the brew group was to take out, but I thought even if you take care of them thoroughly and can cherish nothing can get stuck there. thanks for the message.
but I'd like to know what makes the brew group could use to clean them rolleyes.gif

In any case with Saeco and similar devices (Siemens/Bosch). I think DeLonghi's too (I think).

NEVER - machine where you can't get to BG !!!!
(don't be talked into it)

You can take care of whatever you want - some coffee powder (or beans) always falls off. - you have in EVERY machine !!!
If there is some water in it (small leak - a few drops that don't stand out) - Do you have the right fool soil for everything you don't want.
If BG is not removable - you can take care of what you want - don't get where you should.
Automatic cleaning programs - you can forget (even only in BG)

So absolutely removable BG - or those where you can get to clean.

Gruß
Jürgen

Sorry, but that's bullshit. We repair several hundred machines a year. And mould or something like that we see maybe twice a year. In this case, however, the overall maintenance condition of the machine is also appropriate...

Well, the risk of mould is definitely there, it's a pretty obvious fact: if it were, humidity etc.
The automatic cleaning only takes place directly in the brewing group, not in the brewing room.

>Removable brewing groups have:
- Saeco 8but the current probs have quality)
- DeLonghi
- AEG at least the new ones which are identical in construction with DeLonghi)
- at Bosch and Siemens I have already seen both.

@Hisholy
what machines do you repair then?

Where is the brewing room supposed to be if not in the brewing unit??

We (i.e. my wife) repair Jura, AEG and Krups. And I've been for several years.

So then I'm smarter now, so a Va with a removable brew group, thought to me already because I've heard that from time to time it can come to mold formation from time to time not necessarily be with everyone, but can happen. dry.gif
thanks for the news

Hm topic care and mold.
With my Jura (now already approx. 4 years in operation approx. 15000 references) I have not yet seen mold! Neither in the BG nor in the sentence container!
With my Saecos (a CafeGrande, two Nova) I have regularly mold in the sentence container! No mold in the BG!
To this I must say that with all the sentence containers only comes out if it is full.

General I can say, however, that all Saecos had at least two defects (leak, grinder, gearbox, boiler, BG)! And also to bitch from time to time.
The Jura, who simply does, more or less regularly the BG is greased and recently the heating cartridge was leaking.

I think the mold in the Saecos set container is due to artistic reasons.

Greeting from L.E.
