failure of the fully automatic coffee machine

Hello, I have a problem with my coffee machine DeLonghi ESAM 4000.
Were on holiday for a week and now it's spinning.
It always shows lack of water although the water tank is full.Can you tell me what's wrong with it?

Check float when water level indicator is steady on

Vent when water level indicator is flashing...

i had to send in the machine and had it back in working order after 5 working days !
