Hello,
my ECAM 28.466 MB is no longer milk foam from the Latte Crema System. Only hot milk.

Now I wanted to disassemble the frother once and clean it completely. There is a screw, but nothing happens afterwards. The lid seems to be clipped. Does anyone have experience to disassemble that?
