Miele CM5200 - there is no coffee running

What is faulty? What can I look for?

Hi, my coffee machine has stopped running coffee. And rinsing/cleaning doesn't work either. Hot water is running but.
I am ready to unscrew the device and order spare parts, but I have no idea what to look for.
There is a hot water/coffee water switch, it could be that?
I am a connoisseur - unfortunately no technician. But for my coffee I do (almost) everything.
Thanks for your help.

Hi together,

have the same problem too. Must say that I repair coffee machines professionally but in the professional area. Always scatter me in front of household machines ... But as it is, a good buddy. You can have a look ... etc.

I noticed that the cake is wet. So water arrives (at least a little). Hence first suspicion, brewing unit clogged. I've disassembled and checked but everything clear. There's a recoil (spring) in the piston, which I left out once. Then water comes when I squeeze the pipe directly after the brewing unit but not out of the outlet
My guess now, pump doesn't build up enough pressure anymore or more likely there's not enough water coming to the brewing unit to push back the kickback as well!?
So what could make sure that not enough water arrives? One valve ... ?
Haven't opened the machine yet and hope for a good tip. LG Ben

It's funny. That a professional that does not recognize.
If the pressure is no longer sufficient to press the crema valve, the pump is simply worn out and or the diaphragm damper.
Additionally, the KVA could also be calcified, amidosulfonic acid should help, this is contained in good decalcifying tabs.

Is the brewing unit completely cleaned?

You can believe me, the machines I fix every day are different. But doesn't want to justify me either!

As the spring in the fixed piston is the crema valve? Where is the diaphragm damper located and what is it good for? And do you mean by KVA coffee outlet valve?
brewing unit I have checked and is 100% free.
descalers, detergents, grease, food safe, I've got everything. LG Ben

Fully automatic coffee maker is the KVA.
The crema valve is in the brewing unit, spring with "mushroom or ball".
A ceramic valve is also installed m.E. that controls the water flow, try to decalcify the machine with amidosulfonic acid.
For this I would use the powder button to make more "coffee" and then hot water.
Then leave the descaler in the machine overnight.
If this does not have the desired effect the next day after cleaning and rinsing the coffee run several times. Would I open the ceramic valve and clean it first.

Or a new buy.
Wish me a lot of success.

MfG Chris

But it can also simply be a clogged plastic coffee spout. With us he was the case after about 20000 purchases despite regular cleaning of the brewing unit with cleaning tablets. I replaced it and was surprised that the taste has improved considerably.
