Hello together,

As a newcomer in the field of fully automatic coffee machines I bought myself a Krups EA826E used. I had it checked out first, 2 seals were exchanged - one at the brewing group and one at the steam nozzle.

I had already tried the car cappuccino additive XS6000 before and somehow the machine just blew steam in both directions instead of sucking in milk. The gentleman from the fully automatic repair service didn't know why and told me to buy a new cappuccino system. Then I did, but the same thing happened, the machine just blows the steam into both the cup and the milk container instead of sucking milk out of the container.

Am I doing something wrong? Actually, you can't do anything wrong, can you? I have compared all the pictures a hundred times with what I do

How is this supposed to work? So how does the machine know to suck milk? The button for steam foamer and Auto Cappuccino system is the same.

Thanks for your feedback.

Dear greetings
Simone

Hello Simone, take this KVA to the Superman again as soon as possible and get the purchase amount paid out to you, that is my honest opinion. Insist and no conversion.
Could recommend you something better to avoid stress.

For the Krups you need a manual skill, stressresitent brain and or a friendly appearance even after the KVA for the X-stenmal quit his service.

Coffee is good, the inside is a yx

P.S. this is my personal opinion and does not represent this forum.

Hi Chris,

oh super, thanks for your encouraging words laugh.gif Unfortunately I bought it from Privat unsure.gif

Yes, the coffee is really delicious. When she does it without you having to restart her 100 times. I had hoped I would be the problem with the milk foam story and a little tip here would solve that. Hm, too bad...

Luckily I didn't pay much and will just use it for a while until I don't feel like it anymore. What do you recommend as an entry-level model if you like milk foam (like with tube from the milk bag directly, since an oat milk, a cow milk drinks) and do not want to spend 1400 EUR for the Jura may spend

Thanks & LG Simone

Hello Simone, I'd like you ........ and the seller xxxxx.
That should show you that this KVA works, otherwise money back.
It's your right, because the seller knew before it that this "thing" does not work properly.

Describe the error in more detail, maybe you can still do something about it.
Additionally there is a small valve on the autocapuccinatore that must be free to suck the air there to foam.

Mfg Chris

Hi Chris,

:-D I'll try not to xxxxx anyone and not to KVA .... laugh.gif

>Also coffee, it makes it almost reliable (it sometimes needs to pull out the plug), and it tastes good, too, but when I remove the steam nozzle and connect the car cappuccino accessories, the machine blows steam into the cup (as I probably intended) just as it does when the steam nozzle is connected. But unfortunately it should also suck milk from the XS6000, it doesn't, instead the steam from the machine goes into the cup as well as into the milk container, so it blows steam into it instead of sucking milk. I cleaned all the holes and openings, it didn't do any good. I also bought a new XS6000 and connected it. The same thing happened. So I don't think it has anything to do with constipation. Where exactly is this valve located? The car cappuccino part is connected to the KVA at the top, at the bottom it goes into the cup and out to the right is the hose that leads into the milk container.

The way of the steam should go also with connected XS 6000 in the cup.
check the way again.
Pity me not to see what and why this doesn't work.
Please take this or the autocappu. take a look and blow through if there is something tight.
It would be nice if you set a video about Youtubelink here.

MfG Chris
