br>>A picture of the machine: picture

I received the machine a few days after payment. I was really happy, because I just bought the machine for 96€. It was also supposed to be a gift for my husband. For this price she already looked great on the picture. Even when the machine arrived, it looked just as great, except for a small wear mark on the wheel, everything looks like new! Of course I wanted to test the machine directly for function. I have, since we had never had a fully automatic machine before, read through the instruction manual. My father was also there, because he has more know-how about coffee stuff biggrin.gif Since I saw the "S" on the picture for service, which wasn't visible when turning on the machine, I first ran the cleaning program. So far so good. The first coffee was then brewed. It tasted great!( so my father) But since I am a cappuccino lover, I wanted to test the milk foam function right away. All's well, too. When the coffee was to be added to the milk foam, no one came.... sad.gif We tried again and again. Beans are ground, but no coffee comes out...(Is somewhat stupid for me to describe, since I have no idea of such machines^^) Water still comes from the single nozzle for the milk froth. My dad opened the page where the grinder is, got everything out, blows times through the tube, everything free . Does there have to be anything inside the machine? After a long time of trying around and kissing, I first read the machine with my parents, because my husband is not allowed to find it yet. He doesn't know anything about it yet. So we took them out in the hope that Dad would take them apart this weekend and find the mistake. A few days ago I phoned him to tell him already googled possible problems/suggestions for solutions. For example with a syringe air into the water tank attachments to blow there something could clog. He gave me one, I think here for important info: The machine always gives a coffee if it was switched off before some time completely. But really help with my problem could not do that so far. Tried to google that, but didn't find what I wanted sad.gif

I'm sorry if I became very profligate, my very first forum entry is all forum entry. Maybe you can help me???

Many thanks in advance!

Maybe it helps to decalcify thoroughly. A descaler based on amidosulphonic acid from NETTO supermarket, the bottles with the blue cap, you could use. In the operating manual it says how to decalcify. But repeat the decalcification 2 or 3 times. It would be best if the stuff could work for a longer time, 2-3 hours. - That's all I can say from afar now. Two weeks are until Christmas.
