Hello my coffee machine shows empty after switching on the water tank, although it is full.
Who knows Advice?

Hello, take a magnet and hold it at the place where the magnet sits in the water tank, at the housing. If there is a switching nose on the water tank, this is also bridged with a cardboard strip.
If it does not work, please check the reed sensor inside the machine and replace it if necessary.
