JURA ENA 5 Cleaning tablet gets stuck

does not dissolve

Hello,

>On my JURA ENA 5, the cleaning tablet does not dissolve during the cleaning process.
It gets stuck and gives the error message - fill bean container - at the first cup.
The machine was already in the workshop because of the error, everything was cleaned and lubricated and the tablet removed.

Now the machine has turned around to remove the tablet, some ground coffee and the almost new looking tablet came out.

Why can that be?
How do I clean the machine?

Dear greetings and thanks in advance!

I wonder why there is grinding coffee in it, where does it come from?

Do you use any treated coffee that is sweetened or something like that?

Very simple,
if a tablet is in it and you try to make coffee it is ground, but the tablet in it does not pass. The machine can not brew, because the error message the beans are missing comes before it.
As I understood it, there is probably a sensor in the area waiting for ground coffee, it does not come, error message. But it continues to grind when you press it ;-)

Ach yes, now it occurred to me whether you can't push the tablet through the powder shaft with e.g. a chess skewer or something similar in an emergency. But where does the pill have to go anyway? Even if the cleaning works once, the tablet arrives partially undissolved in the coffee powder container.

QUOTE
But where does the tablet have to go?

The question is more of a joke, right? The operating instructions are very often, or actually always, helpful...

QUOTE
Where do you even put it?

and what kind of tablets are they?
and do you start the cleaning properly according to instructions?
and is the cleaning then also properly completed by the machine?

or do you just throw the tablet into the powder shaft and then have a coffee?

>I also find it rather questionable to push a cleaning tablet with a shish kebab skewer. What kind of giant cleaning tablets aren't supposed to fit through the powder chute? There's no such thing as that, though... Dishwasher tabs are quite big...

Very simple,
if you put a tablet in it and try to make coffee it will be ground, but you can't get past the tablet in it.

But if I renige the machine and the cleaning program has gone through nothing completely, I will certainly not come up with the idea of making coffee afterwards.....

All something confused all the time

Something doesn't fit here. Take original Jura cleaning tablets
and they won't get stuck.

Hi, Black Sheep, the Jura pills are hanging. But there is also the mistake only with the ENAs.
Just take the dosage spoon and push it down with the long end. But if the shaft is already blocked anyway, that won't do any good. Jura took the ENA out of the program, a rogue who thinks evil. With the newer Micros, the shaft can be pulled upwards.

original jura tab do not stick there, not that you take the decalcification tabs, (can all happen times), otherwise once crush.

I have exactly the same problem with my Z8. I use only JURA original products - cleaning tablets, descaler, filters, etc..

With me repeats exactly the same error as described above.

- I start the cleaning
- The cleaning is "successfully" finished but there is only clear liquid, without detergent as is usually the case in a cleaning process, in the container.
- Renewed cleaning is also "successfully" finished and again only clear water
- When I try to make a coffee I get the error message I should fill the bean hopper (which is full) and you can also hear that the grinder is empty.

Had the device already 3 times at JURA and it was each time supposedly replaced components and repaired as a gesture of goodwill. Goodwill repaired but means that JURA does not recognize the error and the warranty continues to expire.

Have helped this time as described above with a shish kebab and managed to get the cleaning tablet that can not stick because it is original from JURA free.

I can only recommend everyone to keep their hands off Jura. I do not want to know what kind of dirt hangs in the machine that I then constantly have in the coffee because you can not clean the dirt. Set 6 otherwise I can not think of anything and for 2500 € - I prefer to go to Aldi next time. Jura - never again! expensive junk nothing else.

We have exactly the same problem. We also only used original Jura care products and high-quality branded beans. All cleaning was carried out exactly as specified by the machine. The machine has already been to Jura several times. Parts have always been replaced and cleaned as a gesture of goodwill. However, the problem reappears every time after a few weeks.
Jura Service has always been extremely unfriendly. They always try to pass the buck to us. Sometimes the location of the machine is said to be wrong, then the water hardness setting is wrong, then there is said to be too much water in the drip tray and even the grinder setting is said to be to blame.
For us, the same applies: NEVER AGAIN JURA !!!!

It's amazing how often this error happens with the cleaning tablet. I also have this problem again and again with my Z6. After spending a lot of money on repairs and Jura trying to persuade me that this doesn't happen with original Jura tablets, I can only say - WRONG.
For about 8 months, I've also been using the trick of pushing the tablet - I use a
wooden stick for this. The undissolved tablet always comes out.
In the event of total failure, it will definitely no longer be a Jura.mellow.gif

It seems that the tablet does not dissolve in all of them. I do the flushing gag 3 or 4 times and oops, at some point the almost whole tablet comes back. It seems to be a misconstruction on her part. The manufacturers are the winners. cool.gif
