Search operating instructions Sielaff Coffea S

Hello together, I bought a Coffea-S from Tchibo (manufacturer Sielaff).
No operating instructions available.
Maybe someone has a manual in German as a PDF where he or she would send it to me.
Where do I see the year of manufacture of the device? Unfortunately I couldn't find anything on the back wall or inside
would be really nice, I appreciate any help

Did you ever ask Tchibo? This is a vending machine 100 cups per hour capacity. You won't find anyone here.

thanks for the answer...I had already contacted the Tchibo company, they are rather reserved for this topic
I didn't receive a helpful answer, I should contact customer service, they would send me a technician

Maybe I simply talked to the wrong person at the wrong time

I was often aware of this forum when searching the Internet, because some others before me tried their luck with the same problem and the same machine to get an instruction manual here...
