Hello, I have the following problem. The last days I had 3x the system error 8. I used the trick from the forum:
- brew group out - switch on device and press switch inside - device moves to the right position and use brew group again.
- Last time it cracked loudly and a small white plastic part flew towards me, which broke somewhere.
After that I have the problem that the water no longer runs through the brewing group but runs directly into the bottom of the bowl. I took off the aperture at the front and could see it well (see picture... the water comes out).
Open the machine. Error 8 means: BG is not initialized correctly. The white driver is probably broken off. Fit drainage valve with new seals. It is best to put 2 new microswitches in the drive. Carefully lever away the cover with a small screwdriver to reach the switches.
