Siemens EQ.6 TE603501DE Series 300

Hello together,
we have the following problem with the above mentioned machine since yesterday. Year of construction should be 2014 or 2015. approx. 5100 coffees and 3500 milk drinks so far. Descaled/cleaned was always when message with original tablets.

When switching on you hear for a few seconds a rather quiet noise, as if a motor tries to drive something and just manages it. If the machine makes it over this moment, it starts normally, just the normal noise. Sometimes, however, you will find "restart the device" or "call the hotline" here. One then switches on/off several times and the message always appears. From the feeling, if it is longer out, then it starts most likely normal or again normal

If it starts normally, one can also get quite normal ONLY coffee, many in a row without problems, according to my wife also ONLY milk things, so foaming or something. But if you then make a mixed drink, e.g. latte or cappu, it still makes the milk foam, but then does not brew the coffee and reports "hotline call". The ground powder is then dry in it.

>would be very nice if somebody could help me! thank you! for a change there is enough hobby experience, I originally learned to be an electrician.

If it's a pretty quiet noise, it'll be the ceramic electric valve. It is best to disassemble, disassemble, clean and, if necessary, clean new microswitches. But this is not so easy, labor and time consuming. Personally I only have experience with EQ 5 and EQ 7 devices. The best way to take pictures is to know how everything belongs together again. Altogether it is already quite a lot of references. For the disassembly you will find instructions on the net.
A loud noise would affect the BG drive, which is not easy to remove.

Hello, I have today on advice first of all overtaken the brewing group. The two small sealing rings (brewing chamber inlet), the large one on the piston and the lateral form/surface seal and everything cleanly greased. These were all still the first ones.

To the sound at the beginning, I think here in the video it is good to hear at the beginning and also the click. From the gut I'd say a sluggish motor and microswitches that switch.

Please turn to full volume:

Hello, after overtaking the brewing group (almost) no mistake has occurred so far. Only once when switching on came "restart device", after restarting the machine ran again quite normally.

The sound like that of a sluggish motor from the video is, for example, also when milk cleaning is running. The machine first lets hot water run through the suction lance and then switches over and lets hot water out through the coffee spout, followed by a burst of steam. When switching from suction lance to coffee spout the noise is also, but I mean without the click as from microswitches (like in the video at the device switch on).

I mean, it is currently running, but there is still something wrong...

Hello everyone,
just new here since I googled this subject and hope someone can help me...
We have inherited a Series 400, 68 cups of coffee and 58 cups of milk drink reference. However something dirty and has really not been used for a long time. We cleaned them up as far as we could. It was a hose that my husband re-infected. The cleaning program must have been running before that, they told us. When we turned it on, it came immediately: Restart the device and then call the hotline directly. The machine didn't make a sound or a sound!
The menu can be operated, the cleaning program doesn't run, I also tried the factory setting...nothing.
Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you
