Problem with Bosch Benvenuto B60

Hello,
I'm new here in the forum and have a problem with my Bosch Benvenuto B60.
she grinds the coffee, it ends up in the drip tray and the hot water runs into the drip tray. As a result, the coffee cup remains empty.
Maybe somebody can give me some advice what I can do myself or if somebody knows a good workshop in the Düsseldorf / Solingen area.

Bosch TCA 6701 benvenuto B 60

Hello,

if the water comes out of the whitish
water bag on the left front you have to overtake the solenoid valve
which is located above the bag.
if it comes out of the black container a little bit further
the drainage valve is no longer in
order.

In general, there are revision instructions for the
device at www.komtra.de.
However, the revision of the solenoid valve is not described
.
