Hello together,

maybe you can help me?

I own the above mentioned coffee machines. This one doesn't start anymore. The red indicator light flashes constantly, although the brewing group, the drip tray and the coffee grounds container have been inserted. There is water in the machine and the coffee bean container is well filled.

Actually everything all right, right? But the red light flashes and blinks...

What do I do or what is wrong?

check if the brewing group snaps into place correctly, otherwise check the microswitch for the brewing group, for testing you can use n pieces of cardboard instead of the brewing group, close the door and insert the drip tray and the set container
