I need help. Our Viesta Eco Pro 200 is broken after just 1500 covers. After dismantling and cleaning, the brewing group got so stuck that I could only get it out of the machine by force. The HardReset didn't help.
The brew group has landed in the yellow bag, but I can't find a spare part anywhere. The importer in CH probably no longer exists. I remember, however, that the device was identical to something else, at least that's what I meant. Can anyone help me here?
I attached a picture of the brewing unit when it was still intact.
