EQ6 Plus S700 - Kein Milchschaum nach 3 Wochen

Hallo,
wir sind seit 3 Wochen besitzer einer EQ6Plus S700. Seit einigen Tagen gibt es Probleme mit dem Milchschaum. Teilweise kommt nur warme Milch statt Milchschaum, mal nur heißer Dampf. Hin und wieder klappt es dann doch mit dem Milchschaum.
Gesamtes Milchsystem mehrfach gereinigt, auch alles mit der Putzlanze.
Gibt es noch irgendwas, was man überprüfen kann/soll?

Entweder ist die (Luftfilter-) Düse am Keramikventil verstopft oder das Ventil selbst ist undicht. Ich tippe eher darauf dass die Düse verstopft ist. Den Luftfilter kann man ggf. auch tauschen.
Die Luftfilterdüse kann man auch von unten reinigen, für das Keramikventil muss man das Gerät öffnen.
Aber wenn das Gerät neu ist hat es ja sicherlich auch Garantie, einfach zu Simens Werkskundendienst vorbeibringen und nachschauen lassen.

So we have this machine in the office and are now at almost 22 000 cups after 3 years.
The machine has already been completely
rebuilt
once at approx. 15 000 cups for approx. 250 €
.

Now we also had the problem that only the milk maker with coffee, latte macchiato, milk and milk foam hot steam

came out.

After repeated hot water operation and subsequent 2 x milk froth with a full water glass produce brought

success.

Apparently, a nozzle is clogged inside and only needs to be cleaned from time to time with hot water

Hello, everyone,

we have the EQ6 Plus s700.

After each cleaning and decalcification, it no longer produces foam. It's more like a milk and water mixture. Doesn't taste good.

last cleaning with reassembly of the outlet unit is no longer sucked milk and instead of milk foam rattles only hot steam.
Can this also be this problem or have I possibly lost seals? wacko.gif

There are no seals that can be lost. And the tip with the hot water (who needs such a machine for hot water?) Has helped. cool.gif

Hot water is the cleaning program for the factory service. It's for this problem. Hope it helps. We also have the "milk water" instead of milk foam syndrome.

Very good tip with the hot water. Has also worked for us. Coffee came normally with us, drinks with milk were canceled during preparation. Now everything works again

Thank you very much for this tip. Machine has only spit hot water. Made milk foam with hot water. And after that I had milk foam again. Thanks for this.wink.gif

Suuuuper tip! I was also already desperate, since I call the machine just two weeks my own and already have the problem ...
